Alone Australia Season 2 will wrap at the end of May will a special one-hour reunion episode hosted by comedian, podcaster, and TV presenter Hamish Blake.

The series, which sees contestants dropped into the wild terrain of New Zealand's South Island, has captivated audiences with its raw and authentic stories of survival, has claimed the title of the most-watched show on SBS in 2024.

The reunion will air on SBS and SBSOnDemand on Wednesday 29 May at 8.30pm, following the premiere of the season's final episode.

Titled 'Alone Australia Season 2: The Reunion', the program will bring together the entire cast for the first time since their extreme survival experience. The cast members will compare their strategies and experiences, reveal their toughest struggles, and react to surprising, unseen footage.

"I, like everyone, get so invested in every season of Alone whilst watching smugly from the comfort of my own couch. I have so much respect for the contestants and so many things I want to ask them as a viewer, again, from a couch but this time one in a studio with them. I hope our conversation has far more trouts than eels in it and if you don't get that reference maybe don't watch," said Blake.
