Tealium unveils trio of real-time data solutions to boost AI initiatives
Customer data platform (CDP) vendor, Tealium, has launched new real-time solutions aimed at enhancing in-the-moment customer experiences.
The new offerings include Tealium for AI, Tealium Moments, Tealium's CDW Partner Ecosystem, and Tealium Consent Orchestration. The trio of solutions are designed to provide enterprises with consented, filtered, and enriched data in real-time for AI models and data action.
Tealium for AI provides teams with real-time data for AI models, while Tealium Moments collects, processes, and activates customer data in real-time, leveraging zero-party and first-party data. Tealium's CDW Partner Ecosystem aims to improve customer experiences by scaling the value of AI, Customer 360, Analytics, and other data initiatives housed in your CDW. Tealium Consent Orchestration simplifies the process of consented data collection and action, ensuring consent is shared downstream to lessen compliance risk across the organisation.
