Komosion appoints Sue Johnson as general manager
Komosion, an Australian consultancy renowned for its customer-centric strategy and digital innovation, has announced the appointment of Sue Johnson as General Manager. Johnson, who has a rich background in the travel and hospitality sectors, brings to the table a wealth of experience in marketing strategy, operations, digital development leadership, and growth leadership.
Her previous roles include managing marketing strategy and operations for Travel Associates and Flight Centre brands in Australia. She also oversaw marketing and digital development for all Flight Centre leisure brands in the UK, and led marketing for Spicers Retreats. Her diverse experience in the travel and hospitality sectors will undoubtedly be an asset to Komosion.
In her new role as General Manager at Komosion, Johnson will oversee client engagement, lead consulting projects, ensure service delivery excellence, and build relationships with strategic partners. She will work closely with Komosion’s founder, John O’Neill, in a partnership-style leadership model.
"Sue’s background spans marketing operations, service and customer experience design and the management of digital applications and channels," said Mr O’Neill. "I’m excited to think about what we will be able to achieve together for our clients."

Founded in 2009, Komosion has worked with a diverse range of clients including News Corporation Australia, David Jones, Tabcorp, Nestle, ANZ, Sydney Opera House, Flight Centre, Accor, InterContinental Hotels Group.
