Publicis Groupe raids Omnicom, appoints ex-Deloitte Digital, Tribal DDB boss Davy Rennie Digitas, Balance CEO
Publicis Groupe ANZ has lured Tribal DDB National Managing Director Dave Rennie to run Digitas Australia and Balance, the Australian e-commerce firm Publicis acquired in 2021.
Rennie, who brings two decades of experience in digital transformation, product innovation, CRM and experience design, will assume his new role in March. This move follows the departure of Adrian Farouk, the current CEO of Digitas, and James Horne, co-founder of Balance, who is exiting after completing his earnout.
Before Tribal DDB, Renny was Deloitte Digital's Customer Experience Strategy and Design Director. His new role will involve developing digital solutions for clients that leverage creativity, technology and connection.

His passion for technology and design, and commitment to inspiring teams to adapt to emerging technologies will ensure that Digitas and Balance remain at the forefront of shaping the future of digital experience," said Michael Rebelo, CEO of Publicis Groupe ANZ.
