By All Means wins City of Melbourne creative role, appoints Grace Hurley as art director
Independent agency, By All Means, has recruited Grace Hurley as Art Director from Wunderman Thompson (now VML) after a series of client wins including the City of Melbourne.
Hurley has worked on accounts such as Nestlé, Kelloggs, Treasury Wine Estates, Visit Canberra, and Victoria Police. She has also been recognised with a silver at Cannes Young Lions. She will be joining forces with copywriter Liam Ratliff, who moved to By All Means in 2023 from Ogilvy. Ratliff, known for his work on campaigns for Gordon Legal, Always Fresh, My Plan Manager, Bridge Road Brewers, and City of Melbourne, was selected as one of 30 under 30 globally for the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
By All Means has recently won the role of lead creative agency for Destination Marketing at the City of Melbourne and has added significant clients to its roster, including national commercial law firm, Macpherson Kelley, Tasmanian electricity corporation, TasNetworks, and global childcare business, Junior Adventures Group.
Managing Partner, Mat Cummings, expressed his excitement about the agency's momentum, stating, "With a new dream client, a hot new creative team and some very exciting announcements soon to be made, it really does feel like we’re on a roll."
