Marketing technology consultancy, Digital Balance, has announced a strategic partnership with personalisation platform, Insider. The firms say the collaboration is will enhance the delivery of personalised marketing strategies, leveraging Insider's advanced AI-powered technology.

Insider's technology suite includes AI-driven personalisation, predictive analytics, marketing automation, and experimentation. The platform is used by global brands such as Adidas, Lexus, and Coca-Cola. Digital Balance plans to implement Insider's technology across its client base to automate and personalise customer journeys.

The partnership with Digital Balance, whose clients include Australia Post, Kogan, RACV, Pernod Ricard, and Tourism Western Australia, will expand the reach of Insider's technology.
