Attentive AI - adoption surges in conversational marketing; 160% more conversions, clicks up 114% compared to manual messaging

Attentive, a conversational marketing platform, has reported a surge in the adoption of its AI solutions, with 80% of its customers now leveraging them. Since its launch in March 2023, Attentive AI has been adopted by over 6,300 businesses.

Brands using Attentive AI are reportedly seeing a significant boost in their performance metrics, with 160% more conversions and 114% more clicks compared to manual messages. This was particularly evident during Cyber Week, when brands working with Attentive sent out 218 million AI-driven messages.

The secret sauce behind Attentive AI's success is its extensive training on over 2 trillion data points from 78+ billion messages across 70+ verticals. This vast data pool has enabled the AI to deliver hyper-relevant and contextual responses, driving up to 180% more online revenue for top brands.

Attentive AI was initially launched with an AI copy assistant, image generator, and automated campaigns. The company has since released the next generation of Attentive Concierge, a service powered by AI, designed to deliver hyper-relevant and contextual responses to customer prompts.

Beta customers are actively testing new products powered by Attentive AI. During Cyber Week, AI Concierge conversations delivered a 2.4x higher purchase rate, further underscoring the potential of AI in conversational marketing.

Amit Jhawar, CEO of Attentive, expressed his excitement about the momentum around their AI offerings. "The last twelve months have been some of the most dynamic we've ever seen in technology, but they've only set the stage for the innovation that's yet to come," he said.
