Marketing takes flight.
Qantas appoints former Airbnb, MILKRUN, Westfield marketer Zoe Lamond to marketing and CX role
Qantas has welcomed former Zoe Lamond as manager of marketing and customer experience.
Lamond joins the national carrier from Airbnb, where she spent the last year leading the marketing for the homestay marketplace in the APAC region. She was previously marketing lead for MILKRUN, before the grocery delivery start-up closed its doors in March 2023 and was acquired by Woolworths Group. Lamond has also held senior marketer roles at Scentre Group, including leading marketing for Westfield Sydney.
It follows Qantas' appointment of former Foxtel comms chief Jacqui Abbott in May, who joined the airline as its new executive director of corporate affairs and internal communications.
Mi3 has contacted Qantas for comment.
