Hourigan International aims for creative leadership with latest partner appointment

Global talent consultancy, Hourigan International, is putting fresh emphasis on helping businesses find creative talent with the appointment Harriet Belsey as its newest Partner.

Belsey, previously with London's The Talent Agency, brings a global perspective on Creative Leadership to the table, with expertise spanning the agency space, lifestyle, fashion, sports, and entertainment sectors.

Belsey's career boasts over 15 years of experience working with senior creatives within communications agencies and brand owners. Her previous experience includes nearly a decade of global executive search within the creative, design, and start-up space. She also spent several years as an agency practitioner, working at high-profile UK agencies including BBH London and Karmarama (now Accenture Song).

This appointment follows the recent Partner appointment of Stuart Tucker earlier in the year, further strengthening the leadership team at Hourigan International.

The firm, with a focus on Australia and New Zealand, offers strategic advisory, executive search, and succession planning for all Board and C-suite roles. Hourigan International assesses candidates against their unique Creative Leadership Model.

"As we continue to expand our team and offering, we remain focused on building a diverse and influential team that can meet the complex needs of our clients seeking top-tier C-suite and executive talent," Chief Executive Officer of Hourigan International, Karen Taylor, said. "We are thrilled to have Harriet join our team and know that her expertise will be highly sought after in the Australian market”.
