Mamamia bolsters independent agency team with new appointments
Women's media network, Mamamia, has promoted Kate Baldwin into a new role as Head of Independent Agency Sales in Victoria, following the appointment of Lisa Marie Lavocah into the same role for NSW. Both roles will report to Holly Yates, the National Head of Sales for Independent Agencies and Direct.
Baldwin, who previously held the position of Head of Audio Sales at Mamamia, said: "I'm thrilled to be stepping in to lead the Independent Agency team in Victoria in this newly created role. I am excited to collaborate with the large amount of independent agencies now in Melbourne and help support the business growth of their clients."
This move comes as Mamamia recently joined the Independent Media Agencies of Australia (IMAA), a national, not-for-profit industry association for the independent media agency industry. This membership is seen as a further step in Mamamia's commitment to the independent agency sector.
"We are very excited to see our Independent agency team continue to grow nationally, with the third senior appointment for the Independent Agencies at Mamamia in the last twelve months. I am looking forward to seeing the great relationships in market Holly, Kate, Lisa Marie will continue to build with their teams. And for Mamamia showing continued support across the independent industry sector," said Nat Harvey, Mamamia’s Chief Revenue Officer.
