JCDecaux restructures sales team, enhances client focus

Out-of-home media company, JCDecaux New Zealand, has restructured its sales team in a bid to better align with market demands. The company has divided its sales team into four distinct divisions: Agency Sales Team, Programmatic Sales Team, Direct Sales Team, and Airport Sales Team.

JCDecaux New Zealand General Manager, Phil Eastwood, said: "As we navigate the evolving media landscape, we’ve made some impactful changes to our structure, and some exciting new appointments, to align our business with key areas of market growth and opportunity. These changes bolster our capacity to serve our clients and emphasise our commitment to continuous improvement."

The Agency Sales Team will be lead by Kavish Patel, who has been appointed as the Sales Director – Agencies. Patel's appointment is part of the company's strategic move to strengthen its agency relationships.

Stephanie Tucker has been promoted to the role of Group Sales Manager – Agencies and former Yahoo, and Mediaworks talent, Natasha Judson, has joined JCDecaux as Group Sales Manager – Agencies.

JCDecaux has also established a specialised Independent Agencies team, led by Henry Rowley, who joins from JOLT NZ. Courtney Shorter has been promoted to Account Manager – Independent Agencies, further strengthening this dedicated team.

The Programmatic Sales team is led by Kurt Malcom, with Nivin Sewpershad joining as Group Sales Manager – Programmatic.

The Direct Sales team is led by Brylin Nichols, while the Airport Sales team is under the leadership of Matt Klum.

Josie Sutherland has joined JCDecaux in the new role of Trade Marketing Manager, marking another strategic move by the company to bolster its marketing capabilities.
