Johnnie Walker unveils luxury whisky tasting experience in Sydney
Johnnie Walker Blue Label is looking to tantalise the taste buds of Sydney's whisky connoisseurs with the launch of a luxury whisky tasting experience in Pitt Street Mall.
The event, dubbed 'The Blue Room', will run from Friday 17 November to Friday 29 December, offering guests an opulent oasis in the heart of the city. The Blue Room is the brainchild of Activation Union, a leading experiential marketing agency.
James Neale, Founder & CEO of Activation Union, expressed his excitement about the collaboration with Diageo, the global organisation behind Johnnie Walker.
"It’s amazing to be working with such an incredible global organisation like Diageo, and we are so proud to have launched this work with them today, a first for Johnnie Walker in Australia," Neale said.
The Blue Room will feature the Ritual Bar, where guests can book exclusive tasting sessions hosted by expert whisky connoisseurs. The sessions will showcase Johnnie Walker's premium selection, including Blue Label, Black Label, and Gold Label ritual serves.
Diageo is also inviting guests to explore their most popular premium Johnnie Walker whisky selection available for purchase and be among the first in Australia to try their new limited edition, rare varieties.
Adding a personal touch to the experience, the Blue Room will offer exclusive bottle personalisation services, perfect for those seeking a special keepsake or gift. While limited spaces are available daily for tasting sessions, walk-ins are also welcome.
