Incubeta acquires Persuasion Technologies to boost APAC presence and expand analytics capabilities

Digital marketing agency Incubeta has acquired Persuasion Technologies, a Google Cloud Platform certified partner specialising in marketing analytics.

The move is part of Incubeta's strategy to expand its services in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region and enhance its capabilities in advanced analytics and cloud technology.

Persuasion Technologies, founded in 2010, has driven return on investment (ROI) and marketing analytics for over 500 companies, including globally recognised brands such as Wing Tai Group. The acquisition will enable Incubeta to offer deeper insights into consumer behaviour and campaign performance, with the aim of helping clients achieve optimised marketing outcomes with greater accuracy and efficiency.

Persuasion Technologies offers its proprietary marketing and customer data warehouse, Datalaks, with advanced data analytics, dashboarding, and marketing automation capabilities. As part of the Incubeta brand, Persuasion will have access to Incubeta’s full scope of services and solutions, including its Seamless Technology suite.
