Emotive agency expands team with promotions, three new hires

Sydney-based agency, Emotive, is bolstering its team with a series of promotions and new hires. The expansion comes on the back of a strong start to 2024, with new work from Google, San Remo, and Optus, and the launch of a full-service 'fame' offering.

Aoife Lehane, formerly of Droga5 Dublin, has been promoted to Account Director and will work on the Optus account alongside Business Director, Andrea Dalton Doran. The account management team has been further strengthened with the addition of two new Senior Account Managers, Ruki Ahad and Tyler Ronaldson. Ahad, previously at Ogilvy on NSW and Federal Government accounts, and Ronaldson, hired from Clemenger BBDO with experience on YES23, Insurance, and Betting clients, bring a wealth of experience to the team.

Jenna Fisher has been hired as Creative Opps Manager, tasked with streamlining creative resourcing and response. Fisher has experience from high-profile agency roles in the UK and Australia, including Wave, VCCP, BWM Dentsu, and Havas. All four team members are based out of Emotive's Coogee HQ.

"With the growth we're experiencing and an ambition to create the kind of work no-one has done before, this is such an exciting time for Emotive," Emotive CEO, Simon Joyce, said. "But key to the growth is always our culture defined by the best talent and an additive mindset. Aoife, Ruki, Tyler and Jenna embody exactly that."
