Comexposium shakes up leadership ahead of NRF 2024: Retail’s big show Asia Pacific
Global event organiser, Comexposium, has announced a reshuffle in its Australasian leadership as it prepares for the debut of its the inaugural 'NRF 2024: Retail’s Big Show Asia Pacific'.
The changes see Ryf Quail, current Managing Director ANZ and SEA, stepping into the role of Managing Director for the upcoming event. Helena Stylman, Group Sales Director ANZ and SEA, will fill Quail's former position.
Both iMedia Summits and NRF industry events are productions of Comexposium, and the forthcoming NRF 2024: Retail’s Big Show APAC, scheduled for June 11-13, 2024, in Singapore, is an extension of the NRF Retail’s Big Show held annually in New York City.
Quail, with over 15 years of experience in the trade event industry and 20 years in tech and media, expressed his enthusiasm for the new role. “We’ve been working extremely hard behind the scenes on this APAC project, it’s a really exciting time,” he said. Quail also expressed confidence in his successor, stating, "The business in Australia and New Zealand is in great hands."
Stylman, known for her experience and success in retail eCommerce events, is set to take over the reins from Quail. The iMedia Summits, under her leadership, will continue to service the APAC retail, e-commerce, marketing and advertising sectors.
CEO of Comexposium Asia Pacific, Elaine Chia, expressed her confidence in the new leadership structure.
"Together, they are poised to deliver an outstanding year ahead with the launch event in NRF APAC: Retail’s Big Show 2024, while iMedia's continued success sets new benchmarks for the ANZ based industries,” she said.
