A decade on air,
Journey through Sydney captured,
KIIS-ed like never before.
ARN unveils decade-long journey of Kiis 1065 in new marketing campaign
Australian Radio Network (ARN) has launched a new marketing campaign to commemorate the 10-year anniversary of KIIS 1065, a radio show hosted by Kyle Sandilands and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson.
The campaign aims to encapsulate the emotional connection listeners share with The Kyle & Jackie O Show and translate it into a journey through Sydney. The campaign will feature some of the best moments from the past decade of the show, displayed on prominent locations and landmarks across Sydney. The multi-platform campaign has already gone live across outdoor, digital, and social channels. A TVC has also been launched, showcasing The Kyle & Jackie O Show's journey.
The Kyle & Jackie O Show has been touted as Australia’s most successful radio show ever, with an audience share peak of 17.9% in June last year and a record cumulative audience of 921,000 listeners. The show has maintained its position as the #1 FM breakfast show for 40 surveys straight. In November last year, Kyle Sandilands and Jackie 'O' Henderson signed a deal to remain on air with KIIS until the end of 2034. The Kyle & Jackie O Show is set to expand into Melbourne this year.
“This campaign is designed to capture the emotion and highlight the incredible journey both KIIS and The Kyle & Jackie O Show have taken over the past decade," Lauren Joyce, ARN Chief Strategy & Connections Officer, said. "It serves as both a visual and emotional celebration of the last ten years and a testament to the exciting next chapter that lies ahead. Get ready to be uplifted, entertained, and KIIS-ed like never before.”
The campaign's focus on emotional connection and the journey through Sydney aims to resonate with the show's dedicated listener base, celebrating the past while looking forward to the future. The expansion into Melbourne indicates the show's continued success and growth in the Australian radio landscape.
