Alone Australia continues to draw massive audiences for SBS
SBS's tentpole reality program 'Alone Australia' has sustained its popularity with viewers as it hits its seventh episode, which drew a Total TV national reach of 503,000 on Wednesday night. The episode had an average audience of 298,00 and brought in 44,000 viewers on BVOD overnight.
Three episodes of 'Alone Australia' have reached over 1 million viewers in Total TV reach, while episode six has achieved a Total TV reach of 876,000. This episode also had a Total TV National Average Audience of 533,000 and a BVOD National Average Audience of 175,000.
Season 2 of 'Alone Australia' has so far attracted more than 3 million viewers. In 2023, each episode of 'Alone Australia' drew more than 1 million viewers, with almost half of the audience coming from digital platforms.
The program is one of the most watched shows on Australian BVOD, and is positioned by SBS as a testament to evolution of Australian's viewing habits.
