Best Gift Group taps Bench Media to handle digital media
Best Gift Group has appointed Bench Media as its digital media agency, with the first campaign from the partnership slated to launch ahead of the end-of-year retail peak period.
Bench Media's remit is to implement a fully integrated and holistic approach to Best Gift Group's media campaigns, covering awareness, consideration, and purchases. This strategy aims to build early momentum for peak retail periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.
"Adding such a vibrant and fast-growing company to our roster is exciting. From the outset it was important to ensure the campaign takes a true omnichannel approach - channels operating in silos were not an option to achieve optimal ROI. We will use different channels and ad formats to tell sequential stories to the target audience, aiming for maximum brand recall and ultimately drive sales exponentially. Additionally, measurements and tracking are being implemented along the entire customer journey, ensuring data-driven optimisations at all levels to drive ROI holistically rather than focusing on the (sometimes deceiving) bottom of the funnel only," said Strategic Partnerships Partner at Bench Media, Ben Farnsworth.
The upcoming campaign will launch at the end of June, running across Digital-Out-of-Home, Connected TV, Social Channels, Shoppable Display, and Search in Australia and New Zealand. It lays the groundwork for an 'always on' strategy for Best Gift Group.
