Carbiz teams up with soccer star Cortnee Vine in bold new campaign

Carbiz, an Australian replacement vehicle provider, has launched a new integrated campaign in collaboration with independent agency Five by Five Global featuring Matildas star, Cortnee Vine.

The campaign features the soccer superstar in a dialogue about getting back on the road, and is timed to coincide with the Matildas' participation in the Paris Olympics.

Originally focused on helping drivers get back on the road after an accident, Carbiz has evolved into a provider of replacement cars. The campaign's messaging emphasises that if a driver is involved in an accident that isn't their fault, Carbiz will provide a replacement car paid for by the at-fault driver's insurance provider.

Chief Customer Officer at Carbiz, David Butcher, expressed his excitement about the collaboration with Vine and the Five by Five team, adding "We’re thrilled to have Cortnee Vine represent Carbiz in this campaign, marking the latest evolution of our brand.”

The campaign creative direction was led by Five by Five while production was by MiK Studios. It will run as 30”, 15” and 6” ads across BVOD, social media, outdoor locations, and on screen at major sporting events sponsored by Carbiz.

“If you’re involved in an accident that isn’t your fault, Carbiz will deliver you a car like yours paid for by the at fault driver’s insurance provider. This is something every driver should know so our messaging had to be loud and clear," Matt Lawton, Managing Director of Five by Five Global, stated.
