Australian recruitment software firm, JobAdder, is bolstering its growth strategy with the appointment of Adam Tehilwec as Head of Growth, Marketing. This move follows the earlier appointment of Ginger Kidd as Chief Growth Officer, reflecting a broader trend of increasing prominence of growth-focused roles within Australian tech companies.
Tehilwec, a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the Australian and UK markets, has held both agency and client roles. His impressive portfolio includes industry heavyweights such as Mercedes Benz, Vodafone, and BHP. In his new role, Tehilwec will spearhead efforts to enhance JobAdder's market presence and customer experience.
His remit will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including website management, targeted paid activations, media strategy, content creation, advanced SEO, branding and design initiatives, and effective lead generation. Tehilwec will report directly to Kidd, the Chief Growth Officer at JobAdder.
JobAdder operates in the applicant tracking system (ATS) market. It says it currently serves over 27,000 recruiters. The company's growth strategy is not solely focused on expanding its user base.
