OET unveils refreshed brand identity and product suite for healthcare professionals
OET, a leading provider of English language tests, has unveiled a refreshed brand identity and product suite, designed to meet the evolving needs of healthcare professionals worldwide. The healthcare industry is constantly changing, and OET's new brand puts healthcare workers at the heart of the customer experience. The brand refresh is marked by the introduction of new creative elements, including a new brand identity, website, and brand film.
The new offering includes a streamlined suite of industry-first products and an intuitive website, making it easier for candidates to access resources for every career stage. The refreshed brand builds on OET's legacy, refreshing and synthesising its offering to stay ahead of its competitors in the healthcare landscape. The reimagined OET brand includes a streamlined suite of products highlighted by an intuitive new website.
OET's product offering is now highlighted through a series of brand extensions, including the already existing OET Test – the leading English test for healthcare professionals – and is now complemented by enhanced products and services under the umbrellas OET Ready, OET Career and OET Access.
Marco Delgado, OET’s Chief Experience Officer, spoke to the importance of evolving with the needs of customers, the power of streamlining customer experience, how OET’s new brand challenges traditionally transactional exam processes, and healthcare’s current digital transformation.
“"The new brand unveiled today represents OET’s evolution to becoming the leading partner in empowering healthcare professionals with the knowledge, skills, and support they need to excel in their profession, whether that is domestically or overseas,” said Mr Delgado.
He further added, “This new brand platform and campaign allow us to cultivate a nurturing community and environment for our healthcare professionals around the world, built around our market leading OET Test. From when they begin preparing to take the OET Test, to finding the first role in their dream healthcare career, at OET we will support them every step of the way."
The brand campaign launched on 27 May and will run across digital, YouTube, and social channels globally. OET is a joint venture between Cambridge English (Aus) and Box Hill Institute.
