Meltwater and Cyabra join forces to combat online disinformation

Global media, social, and consumer intelligence provider, Meltwater, has announced a strategic partnership with Cyabra, an AI-powered platform that uncovers and analyses online disinformation. The collaboration aims to better identify and counter disinformation campaigns across news sites and social media platforms.

Joint customers of Meltwater and Cyabra will receive real-time alerts about emerging threats, enhancing decision-making and strategic planning. Cyabra's technology sifts through billions of conversations across social media and other digital platforms to detect fake accounts and false narratives. Supporting over 100 languages, Cyabra offers a comprehensive understanding of online narratives and public sentiment.

Doug Balut, SVP of Global Alliances and Partnerships at Meltwater, emphasised the importance of brand reputation in the digital age.

Cyabra has joined the Meltwater Partner Program, a growing ecosystem of technology and service providers. Meltwater's suite of solutions spans media, social, and consumer intelligence, analysing approximately one billion pieces of content each day.
