Cricket Tasmania has confirmed SharkNinja as the new naming rights partner for Bellerive Oval, which will now be known as Ninja Stadium.

This partnership is part of SharkNinja's commitment to women's sport in Australia, with the stadium being dubbed the 'Home of Female Sports' in Tasmania. Cricket Tasmania is home to the only professional female sports team in the state. The partnership aims to grow cricket in Tasmania, particularly among women, and inspire future generations of female athletes.

This follows SharkNinja's recent announcement as the naming rights partner of the Ninja women's A-league, where the brand committed to increasing the visibility of the game and increasing broadcast games from 1 to 11. SharkNinja provides kitchen, home and beauty appliances, and is known for its innovative, affordable and easy-to-use products.

The first match at Ninja Stadium will be held on Monday 28 October, marking the start of the WBBL|10 season.
