Meltwater partners with Microsoft, The Walkley Foundation, appoints new global execs
Social and media intelligence and data analytics platform, Meltwater, has expanded its relationship with Microsoft to bring its listening tools to software company's AI products.
The partnership comes at the same time as two new global appointments at Meltwater, and a new partnership with The Walkley Foundation.
Meltwater customers who are also users of Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams can now access real-time insights such as brand mentions, sentiment analysis, key issues, and competitive benchmarking from within these tools. This integration is part of Meltwater's broader strategy to embed its influencer marketing solutions into its core social media platform, unifying Klear, Meltwater's influencer marketing tool, and Engage, its social media management tool.

In addition to the Microsoft partnership, Meltwater has announced the appointment of Chris Hackney as Chief Product Officer to lead the company's product organisation and spearhead the strategic direction, expansion, and operation of the company's product portfolio. Bryan Law, current Chief Marketing Officer at go-to-market data provider, ZoomInfo, joins as a Member of the Meltwater Board of Directors.
Meanwhile, the partnership with The Walkley Foundation underline's Meltwater's commitment to providing its customers with reliable insights that can power decision-making, Meltwater has also partnered with The Walkley Foundation.
