Conjointly, Cint partner to tackle survey fraud and enhance data quality
Survey research platform Conjointly has partnered with digital insights gathering tech leader, Cint, in a bid to enhance data quality and reduce survey fraud for users, a long-standing challenge in the market research industry.
The partnership allows Conjointly and Cint to connect directly via a server-to-server integration, eliminating 'ghost completes' - fraudulent survey responses that appear complete but lack real data. Respondent status updates are managed through secure API calls between servers, reducing interference risks and keeping critical data flows behind the scenes.
"We are delighted to announce this partnership with Cint. Data quality and fraud prevention have been long-standing challenges in the market research industry. By integrating with Cint, we help Conjointly users receive high-quality insights from real, engaged respondents," said Nik Samoylov, Founder of Conjointly.
The server-to-server integration will streamline the survey distribution process and reduce the risk of fraudulent responses. The integration is now live, and Conjointly users can immediately start using Cint's extensive respondent network and advanced fraud detection capabilities within the Conjointly platform.
"Ensuring that our partners receive the best quality data is a top priority at Cint, and we're very pleased to continue working closely with Nik and Conjointly as we've been doing over the years. We strongly believe that this partnership will yield great results for their users, taking the next step in the continued development of industry best practice," said Harvey Tran, Head of Customer Success ANZ, Cint.
Cint is a pioneer in Research Technology (ResTech) with a platform, The Cint Exchange, which is the world's largest sample marketplace for digital market research. Conjointly started as a simple online tool for conjoint analysis in 2016 and has evolved into a full-feature market research platform.
