Media.monks unveils AI Monks.flow suite at CES 2024 for marketers

Digital-first advertising and marketing services company, Media.Monks, has unveiled its latest innovation, Monks.Flow, at CES 2024.

The AI-centric professional managed service is being touted as a way to reshape how humans and machines work together by offering intelligent solutions for marketing activities.

Monks.Flow includes pre-tested pipelines that automate processes and connect talent trained in AI, as well as the latest AI tools, enterprise software, and microservices into efficient, automated workflows. This service is a proprietary artificial intelligence suite for marketers, designed to work across an organisation's existing tech stack and built around the unique needs of the enterprise, the agency said.

The company claimed benefits of Monks. Flow include cost reduction by making workflows more efficient; better integration across work silos; a step towards better business intelligence through live data streams; plus maximised impact through new audience and growth outcomes.

According to Forrester's 'Predictions 2024: Artificial Intelligence' report, 84% of AI decision-makers said their executives are ready to adopt genAI, and 60% of workers will use their own AI to perform their tasks.
