Hellofresh on the hunt for a brand lead for YouFoodz range

Meal kit delivery service Hello Fresh is seeking a new brand leader for its Youfoodz ready-made meals range.

This move comes as HelloFresh continues to expand its offerings and reach in the Australian market. The company acquired Youfoodz, an Australian ready-made meal company, in 2021 as part of its strategy to diversify its product range and cater to a wider audience.

With an immediate start date, the new role will be based in Sydney and will involve managing the Ready To Heat brand, Youfoodz, with responsibilities including developing distinct brand positioning, creating the brand plan identity for Youfoodz, and leading a team. The role will report directly to the Senior Director of Brand & Creative ANZ.

The new role involves establishing brand plans and processes for the Ready To Heat brand with a focus on growing the total addressable market for the group. The Brand Leader will also manage brand campaigns for Youfoodz, identify and deliver new brand partnerships, and collaborate with the PR Team to deliver PR campaigns.

According to LinkedIn, Hello Fresh has a team of more than 800 talent in Australia, with the group's local marketing program helmed by chief marketing officer Amy Smith.

The new Brand Leader will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Youfoodz within the HelloFresh group. With their responsibilities spanning from brand positioning to team leadership, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the brand's growth and success in the Australian market.
