NOVA Entertainment has partnered with AI-powered customer engagement platform, MoEngage, to drive listener engagement through the radio network's app. The collaboration has reportedly led to a 17% increase in mobile app activity and a 5% rise in in-app listening for NOVA Entertainment.
NOVA Entertainment utilised MoEngage's advanced analytics and AI-driven insights to enhance engagement through targeted push notifications, SMS, and automated campaigns. The partnership has not only boosted app activity and in-app listening but also improved operational efficiency and audience satisfaction for NOVA Entertainment.
