KFC Australia fires up the heat with 'The Colonel’s Spice House' experience
KFC Australia is hosting a ticketed dining experience this weekend to support the launch of its Hot & Spicy menu. 'The Colonel’s Spice House' event will take Sydney's Spice Alley on October 5 and 6, offering KFC fans the chance to taste a fiery menu developed in partnership with chef Vincent Yeow Lim, also known as TikTok superstar DimSimLim.
The menu will feature KFC’s hottest ever sauce and a range of never seen before menu items, including Hot & Spicy Drumsticks, Hot & Spicy Mixed Pieces, Hot & Spicy Symphony of Sauces, The Zing Leader, Wicked Wings with Extra Zing, and Zinger Chocolate Mousse.
Tickets for the event will go on sale from 11:11am on October 2 and 3 on Moshtix, with profits going towards supporting Aussie youth’s mental health and wellbeing through the KFC Youth Foundation and its charity partners. The Hot & Spicy menu item will be returning for a limited time at participating restaurants nationwide from October 1 to October 28.
"We love creating unique KFC experiences for our fans, and we can’t wait to bring back our fan-favourite Hot & Spicy in a big way. The 'Colonel’s Spice House' will offer a truly memorable dining experience, with an exciting menu designed around Hot & Spicy chicken offering an unforgettable KFC flavour experience," said CMO at KFC Australia, Tami Cunningham.
"There’s nothing I love more than experimenting with bold new flavours that really pack the heat, so I’m thrilled to be partnering with KFC again to bring Aussies the world-first 'Colonel’s Spice House'. Hot & Spicy is a personal menu favourite of mine, and reimagining this iconic feed for KFC fans to try in Sydney’s home of spice, Spice Alley, has been an absolute highlight. We can’t wait to see fans’ reactions to these," said Vincent Yeow Lim.
