Manifest appointed as APAC comms agency for Bali's Suara Festival
Creative agency, Do What You Love, has named Manifest as its Asia-Pacific (APAC) communications agency of record for the upcoming Suara Festival. The three-day music and arts event, taking place in Bali from July 26-28, will be headlined by Angus & Julia Stone and will be held at Nuanu City, a new establishment in Bali.
Manifest will manage and execute all public relations services across the Asia Pacific region from its Melbourne studio. The agency will utilise its 'Cartel' network of agency partners and freelancers for a global approach with local knowledge. Key markets for the festival include Australia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China, India, and Singapore.
Manifest’s Melbourne Studio Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Isabel Thomson-Officer, said: "Bespoke events and cultural experiences of this scale and meticulous attention to detail that the Do What You Love team is producing are rare – especially in this part of the world. Aside from the quality of its bookings, the incredible venue, and everything else that is on offer, it was the team’s commitment to creating a culture that was both respectful of the local people and the environment that really stood out to us. A festival of this nature can be quite transformative, even life changing for those that attend. Being able to make that kind of positive impact on someone’s life is very aligned with our mission to build brands that change the world."
Suara Festival aims to showcase a diverse range of sounds and flavours, both local and global, and highlight the country’s rich cultural heritage. The festival's lineup includes international, regional, and local acts, with Angus & Julia Stone as headliners.
Co-Founder and Festival Director of Suara Festival, Jason Swamy, said: "We want people who attend Suara to leave feeling inspired, and like they’ve connected to a creative community of like minded individuals, and that’s exactly how we felt when we first met the Manifest team. Like us, they are a very international team who are as passionate about purpose-driven brand communications as we are about curating once in a lifetime experiences."
