Fiverr, a global online marketplace for freelance services, is set to launch its Winter Product Release, the first of two major releases planned for 2024 and one that includes a reimagined homepage and new features.

The latest release includes a Consulting Category of top-tier industry experts, the introduction of Fiverr Agencies, and an actionable rating and review system.

Fiverr Agencies will be available across Fiverr and Fiverr Pro, with the aim of making it easier for agency teams to build their client base. Businesses will be able to access a detailed profile of an agency’s capabilities, including a full view into their team and past work.

The new Consulting Category will offer industry experts in legal, finance, business, AI, and more on demand. This move appears to be a response to the dynamic nature of the business environment, which often requires specialist support to stay competitive.

The new Ratings, Reviews, and Levelling System, which was updated after community feedback, will provide freelancers with data, actionable feedback, and tools to help them reach their full potential. This system is designed to offer radical transparency and a clearer path for freelancers to improve their skills and grow their business on Fiverr.

Fiverr said its transformed homepage will offer more personalisation, seamless navigation, and additional control. Fiverr Pro will introduce new products to support advanced collaboration and enhanced productivity, including Fiverr Pro Freelancer Briefing, Fiverr Pro Freelancer Network, Fiverr Pro Rich Freelancer Profiles, and Fiverr Pro Community.

Fiverr Pro Freelancer Briefing sees more AI at the hands of users, with AI assistance available to help write briefs that can also be shared with team members, while the updated profiles capabilities allows additional inclusions such as previous work experience and client endorsements.
