Hall & Partners bolsters research leadership with seven strategic appointments
Insights consultancy Hall & Partners, a member of the Clemenger Group, is strengthening its research leadership and capabilities with seven key appointments across its Sydney and Melbourne offices. The move is part of the firm's ongoing commitment to turning data and research into actionable brand insights.
Among the new appointments are three partners: Alex Hodgson, Alison French, and Liz Sparham. Alex Hodgson, formerly of Fiftyfive5, will spearhead Hall & Partners’ qualitative offering for commercial clients. Alison French and Liz Sparham are joining the Social and Government team as partners.
Elodie Myers, a senior figure at Hall & Partners, expressed her excitement about Hodgson's appointment, stating, “To reunite with Alex is a dream. She is one of the sharpest thinkers in the industry, and her incredible energy, and genuine care for solving client problems is inspiring. We are thrilled to have her on board and she has already made an impact with many of our clients.”
Alison French, joining from Whereto, will lead the Social and Government team’s qualitative arm. Myers lauded French's expertise, saying, “Alison is one of the foremost thinkers in social and government research. Her passion and deep expertise in behaviour change are already a vital asset for us. Her approach draws from the influence of lived experience, culture and societal norms on Australians’ attitudes and behaviours.”
Liz Sparham, an experienced qualitative and quantitative researcher from Woolcott Research & Engagement, will provide strategic insights to clients across various sectors. Sparham expressed her enthusiasm about the new role, saying, “Hall & Partners is a great opportunity for me to continue working with my clients following my tenure at Woolcott Research & Engagement.”
The firm has also hired Olivia Frier to head its operations. Frier brings over a decade of project management and operations experience across Australia and the UK. Other additions to the team include Janelle Fandialan from Fiftyfive5 and Fifth Dimension joining the Sydney team, and Nick Bowles and Laura Dowdall-Masters from Veridian Group joining the Melbourne team.
Myers concluded, “We are thrilled to welcome these exceptional senior talents to our team. Their expertise and critical thinking skills are enhancing our capabilities, thought leadership and work. We’re excited to continue forging strong partnerships and delivering clear and actionable outcomes for our commercial, social, and government clients.”
