Houston Group has secured the account for the Australian Capital Territory's (ACT) Suburban Land Agency's brand and creative strategy, following a competitive pitch process.

The decision was influenced by Houston Group's extensive experience in brand transformation and place making for large property organisations such as Lendlease, TOGA Group, The Agency and 151 Property.

Houston Group's experience with government organisations and not-for-profit entities like Austrade, NSW’s Uptown Accelerator program, Westfund, CSU and Vic Health also played a role in their selection. The partnership aims to enhance brand perceptions and establish that the Suburban Land Agency is actively transforming Canberra's landscape.
