Board reshuffle at Domain: Sneesby steps down, Mickie Rosen steps up

Former Nine chief Mike Sneesby has resigned as a Non-Executive Director from the Domain board, and will step down on 30 September 2024 in line with his departure from Nine Entertainment, the real estate marketplace's majority shareholder. His replacement is Mickie Rosen.

Rosen takes up the Domain mantle alongside her non-exec role on the Nine board. She's served on the Fairfax Board since March 2017 and became a director of Nine when the companies merged in December 2018. Rosen has over three decades of experience at the intersection of media, technology and e-commerce, having worked with brands such as Yahoo, Fox and Disney, as well as early-stage companies like Hulu and Fandango.

Rosen currently serves on boards in Australia and the United States, including the Bank of Queensland, Fabletics and Centurion Acquisition Corp, and advises early to growth stage companies. She was previously the Senior Vice President of Global Media & Commerce for Yahoo, a partner with Fuse Capital, and an executive with Fox Interactive Media, Fandango, and The Walt Disney Company. Rosen holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Domain Chairman Nick Falloon stated, "Domain and the Board of Directors would like to thank Mike for his contribution to the Company. I would also like to welcome Mickie to Domain. Mickie brings many years of experience in the media and technology industries and we look forward to having her expertise on the Domain Board."
