GRG's 15-year milestone: Leadership shakeup and a new vision
Digital media agency GRG is marking its 15th year in business with a series of strategic leadership appointments and a fresh vision for the future.
The agency is looking to transition from a digital-focused entity to a holistic collective agency, introducing a suite of services designed to blend technological advancement with marketing innovation.
Jacqueline Balsamo, previously the General Manager for GRG, has been appointed as the new CEO.
"I am excited to assume the CEO role as we steer towards new frontiers, elevating our team to unprecedented heights of innovation and technology-driven services," Balsamo said. She added GRG is "poised to inspire a shift from the conventional, with a clear mission to deliver innovative solutions through technology, consistency, and enduring partnerships."
Former Head of Strategy and Growth, Bosco Anthony, has been appointed as the Chief Brand Officer.
"We have launched a suite of services designed to fuse technological advancement with marketing innovation." he said. "Our aim is to craft an unlimited and timeless experience for our team and clients, underpinning GRG's commitment to pioneering approaches that redefine industry benchmarks."
Philip Tan has been promoted to Head of Client Services. Expressing his gratitude for the opportunity, Tan said, "It's an honour to lead Client Services, and I am thankful for the senior leadership's confidence in me to cultivate our team and client relationships."
GRG has also introduced what it claims to be the world's first AI product to enhance its portfolio and set new standards in intelligent marketing. The company has diversified and expanded into sectors such as travel, finance, and retail, alongside its core focus on Higher Education.
GRG concluded 2023 with multiple awards in the digital media space. The company's strategy includes forming alliances with tech-driven and value-based businesses, indicating a forward-thinking approach to its future operations.
