Kudosity pioneers rich communication services in APAC, invites businesses for beta testing

Kudosity, a messaging technology company, has announced its early adoption of Rich Communication Services (RCS), launching beta-testing in the Asia Pacific region. RCS, a next-generation messaging platform, offers a more interactive experience than traditional Short Message Service (SMS), with features such as multimedia support, read receipts, and seamless interoperability across Android and iOS devices.

"As a company dedicated to transformational development, Kudosity is thrilled to be at the forefront of the rich messaging revolution. We believe that RCS will redefine business messaging by delivering richer, more interactive customer engagements. This early adoption will let our clients experience the future of communication before anyone else," said Alex Macpherson, Chief Executive Officer, Kudosity.

Kudosity is inviting businesses to register for beta testing and gain exclusive early access to this next-generation messaging platform. The compliance-ready features of RCS allow businesses to manage customer data securely while adhering to stringent data protection laws.

In addition to RCS, Kudosity is also one of the first organisations in Australia and New Zealand to launch Agentforce, the autonomous artificial intelligence (AI) agent solution from Salesforce. "Salesforce is proud that Kudosity is one of our first customers in the region to leverage Agentforce. They embody the nimble, first-mover approach that so many of Australia's small business community have when it comes to embracing digital innovation," said Adrian Towsey, Area Vice President, SMB Sales, Salesforce.

"Kudosity's commitment to innovation goes beyond RCS. We're also embracing an omnichannel approach in 2025 that includes platforms like WhatsApp and Viber in APAC markets. Our dual strategy will equip businesses with the most effective tools for customer engagement, prioritising RCS for first-mover advantage while leveraging these platforms to drive immediate revenue gains," added Macpherson.

The official launch of Kudosity's Rich Messaging roadmap will take place at the Conversations'24 event on November 21.
