ANZ launches Spring Home Loans campaign

ANZ has unveiled a new Spring Home Loans campaign, highlighting how the bank can assist customers in 'getting to a good place'. The campaign aims to increase consideration of ANZ Home Loans and position ANZ at the top of the list for those making property decisions.

The campaign follows research that engaged with 2,500 customers to understand the unique challenges they face when buying a property. It features a number of resources ANZ can provide to property buyers, including ANZ Home Loan Specialist support, online tools, and free ANZ Property Profile Reports.

"We know that for Australians, finding and buying the right property can be overwhelming, navigating a number of choices and opinions amid fluctuating property values, interest rate changes, and rising cost of living," said ANZ GM of marketing, Sian Chadwick. "Whether it's a customer's first or fifth time, it's likely to be one of the biggest financial decisions they'll ever make and there's a lot at stake. With so much to think about, people can often feel stuck and unable to move ahead to the next step.

"ANZ can help property buyers navigate their options with the expertise and support of home loan specialists, along with a range of tools and information, such as online calculators and free ANZ Property Profile reports. All this helps the buyer make more informed decisions, and confident they are making the right moves that will help them get to a good place."

The campaign will run from October 6 to the end of November across various channels including TV, out-of-home, YouTube, 9Now, Social, Radio, Online Display, SEM, Broker media and ANZ channels including branches, ATMs and anz.com.
