Fever-Tree hands media to Bohemia

Fever-Tree Australia has selected Bohemia, part of the M&C Saatchi Group, as its media agency following a competitive pitch process.

The appointment comes as Fever-Tree, a company operating in both the on-premise and retail sectors, seeks to expand its portfolio of mixers including tonic, soda, cola, gingers and cocktail mixers.

The pitch process was led by Caroline Wood, Head of Marketing at Fever-Tree, and Laura Utting. The decision to appoint Bohemia comes as Fever-Tree, which has been in operation for 20 years, looks to continue its category-leading growth in the Australian market.

“We are excited to appoint Bohemia as our media planning and buying agency for the next stage of our growth. Throughout the pitch process they demonstrated unrivaled insight into our growth audiences and handcrafted media solutions that were bespoke to our brand, business and category," said Wood.

Bohemia's CEO, Paul Hutchison, said: “We are thrilled to be partnering with Fever-Tree to help continue their category-leading growth”. Hutchison further elaborated on the brand's unique selling proposition, saying, “Just one sip of a mixed spirit drink with Fever-Tree, and you know it’s the only mixer you will ever use again; it simply tastes better, much, much better. We just need to get Fever-Tree into the hands and glasses of more Australians at home and when they are out and about. We will do this through handcrafting memorable media that moves growth audiences to purchase and consumption.”

Bohemia relaunched their agency positioning of 'moving people through handcrafted memorable media' a year ago. Since the relaunch, the agency has seen notable successes, including landing Australia Retirement Trust, Schneider Electric, and Ryman Healthcare as clients.
