General Strategic has appointed former Pedestrian Group chief executive officer, Matt Rowley, to the role of Advisor.

Rowley finished up his role at the helm of Nine Entertainments youth media brand in August, several months after announcing his exit amidst a sweeping restructure that saw the loss of 40 roles after the Group elected to shutdown its licensed brands.

The advisory firm offers services across strategic development, strategic communications, campaigns and advocacy, government relations and public policy, research and analysis and corporate affairs and reputation.

General Strategic was founded in 2022 by Damian Damjanovski and Reg Chamberlain.
