Tortoise & Hare CX Agency celebrates 10th anniversary

Tortoise & Hare CX Agency, a Newcastle-based firm specialising in customer experience (CX), is marking its 10th anniversary.

The agency, led by Angela Cobb, Oliver Stewart, and Nicholas Wonders, has a history of working with blue-chip clients such as nib, Myer, Woolworths, Qudos Bank, Bupa, Virgin, Kmart, Cashrewards, and Endeavour Group.

Formerly known as AM-i Customer Engagement Agency, Tortoise & Hare CX Agency underwent a rebranding two years ago. Since then, it has continued to carve out a niche for itself in the CX landscape, delivering innovative solutions for its clients.

"To be in business for ten years has taken decades of client and agency-side experience, real investment and focused momentum. We’re excited to celebrate how far we’ve come and build anticipation for where we are headed. It’s a chance to reinforce our identity as CX experts, reflecting on our learnings with partners, clients and prospects," said Tortoise & Hare CX Agency Director and Co-Founder, Angela Cobb.

To celebrate the milestone, the agency plans to release a CX Playbook in May, featuring ten customer insights drawn from their decade of experience.
