Rollin' Insurance on the hunt for a new head of marketing

ROLLiN', the insurance brand owned by IAG targeting young Australians, is currently seeking a new Head of Marketing.

The role is a full-time, permanent position, with the option for the successful candidate to be based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for driving the growth of the ROLLiN' brand. This will involve executing marketing plans, implementing growth initiatives, and leading a team of in-house marketing, media, and creative experts.

IAG said the role presents an opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to take the reins of a brand within a large, established insurance group, and to make a significant impact on its growth and development. Candidates for the role should have experience leading in-house media and creative teams, as well as experience in start-ups and/or digital businesses. A strong understanding of digital and performance marketing is also essential, along with exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Applications for the role close on Friday 9th February 2024. ROLLiN' is part of the IAG group, the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand. The group includes brands such as NRMA Insurance, CGU, WFI, AMI, NZI, and State Insurance.

IAG is committed to a range of social issues, including sustainability, women in senior leadership, Indigenous empowerment, and creating inclusive environments. This commitment is likely to be reflected in the culture and values of ROLLiN' and may be an attractive aspect for potential candidates.
