DB Cosmetics, ICON Management commence model search with marie claire
Designer Brands (DB) Cosmetics and ICON Management have commenced their annual Unsigned Model Search, with Are Media's marie claire as the official media partner.
The initiative aims to find fresh faces for DB Cosmetics' 'I design me' campaign, and is open to Australians over the age of 18, regardless of size, identification, ethnicity, or ability, with the aim of platforming 'real' Australians with compelling stories to share.
This year's competition will be fronted by TV and film actor Sarah Roberts, as ambassador. "I'm thrilled to be part of an initiative that not only celebrates beauty in all its forms but also empowers everyone to chase their dreams. The Unsigned Model Search is about finding exciting, authentic talent and I can’t wait to see the incredible individuals who will step forward this year," she said.
The search will host invite-only castings in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne. Up to 15 finalists will present to an industry judging panel, including ICON Management Founder and CEO, Chelsea Bonner, Total Beauty Network CEO, Liz Webster, and Daily Telegraph’s Entertainment Editor, Jonathan Moran. Up to eight winners will be chosen and named as the new faces of the DB Cosmetics 'i design me' campaign.
