Paramount+ has launched its app on PlayStation 5 console in Australia, expanding its reach to a new audience.

PlayStation 5 users can now download the Paramount+ app and subscribe to access the service's content portfolio. The portfolio includes new Australian original series such as 'Fake', 'NCIS: Sydney', 'A Gentleman In Moscow', 'Evil', and the original film 'Little Wing'. The service also offers live sports coverage including all A-Leagues, Matildas and Socceroos matches.

Paramount+ also provides content from Paramount's extensive library, including CBS TV shows like 'CSI: Crime Scene Investigation' and 'NCIS', Nickelodeon's 'SpongeBob SquarePants', and Comedy Central's 'South Park'. Upcoming original series on Paramount+ include 'The Agency' starring Michael Fassbender and Richard Gere, and 'Dexter: Original Sin' featuring Christian Slater, Patrick Dempsey, and Patrick Gibson.

The streaming service is also set to launch 'Landman', a drama co-created by Taylor Sheridan, starring Billy Bob Thornton, Demi Moore, Jon Hamm, and Michael Peña.

Paramount+ offers various plan options including: Basic Plan (with ads) for $6.99 per month or $61.99 for an annual subscription; Standard Plan for $9.99 per month or $89.99 for an annual subscription; Premium Plan for $13.99 per month or $124.99 for an annual subscription.
