Amplitude, a digital analytics platform, has acquired Command AI, a startup known for its AI-powered user assistance. The acquisition is aimed at improving companies' products and digital experiences by integrating personalised user assistance through in-product nudges, tours, onboarding guides, and surveys.

Command AI's technology will be integrated into Amplitude's platform to expand its capabilities and enable user success. The advanced AI capabilities of Command AI can proactively nudge or respond to users, which will strengthen the Amplitude platform. Amplitude plans to offer personalised user assistance on its digital analytics platform via in-product nudges and tours, onboarding guides, and surveys. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The Command AI team will join Amplitude and continue to serve its current customers as it integrates with the Amplitude platform. Amplitude expects to expand its platform with an experience that integrates Command AI's flagship capabilities early next year.
