Qantas appoints Tina Morrell as Head of Customer Strategy and Journey
Qantas has appointed Tina Morrell as its new Head of Customer Strategy and Journey. She joined the airline shortly before Christmas. Morrell brings a wealth of experience in customer strategy and experience design to the role, having spent nearly seven years in a similar position at NRMA.
Prior to her tenure at NRMA, Morrell worked in product development and management roles at Commbank and Comsec for seven years.
"You all know my passion for the customer and for designing great propositions and experiences, so I'm happy to share that I have started a new position as Head of Customer Strategy & Journey at Qantas! Super excited to be part of a great team to drive the end to end customer journey experience," Morrell said of her new role.
