TikTok Agency Accelerator Program celebrates 'bravery' in third year
TikTok for Business has commenced the third year of its TikTok Agency Accelerator Program, aimed at fostering the growth of professionals within the Australian media industry.
The initiative has this year adopted the theme of 'bravery', with the goal of enhancing participants' personal and professional impact.
The program invites media agency leaders with a minimum of eight years of experience to apply. A total of 35 entrants will be selected to participate in the fully-funded program. Winners will be announced in mid-April, with sessions commencing from May 2024.
"As we launch the third year of the TikTok Agency Accelerator Program, we're thrilled to continue our commitment to developing talent and innovation within the Australian media industry," said TikTok Australia & New Zealand Head of Agency, Andrew Cambridge. This year's theme of 'bravery' will provide a new cohort of leaders with the opportunity to step outside their day to day, into a run of bold and daring programmes to challenge their thinking and stimulate creativity. With such a high calibre of entrants over the past two years, we can't wait to see how the next cohort responds as we raise the bar again on an exciting line up of interactive sessions designed to challenge and inspire!"
Previous participants have praised the program for its impact. Match & Wood National Planning Director, Ryan Hancock, described the program as "a genuinely transformative experience". UM Australia Creative Connections Director, Rahma El Sayed, recommended the program, describing it as a moment that "altered my brain chemistry".
Applications for the program can be made via the website, with the deadline for applications being 11.59pm on Thursday 28 March 2024 (AEST). TikTok, a leading platform for short-form mobile video, has global offices in various cities, including Sydney.
