Reddit launches free tools to drive organic growth for business

Reddit has launched Reddit Pro, a free suite of tools designed to help businesses establish and grow an organic presence on the platform.

Currently in its beta testing phase, Reddit Pro is accessible via existing or newly established Reddit user accounts. The suite includes AI-powered insights, performance analytics, publishing tools, and a Pro dashboard for businesses to monitor their engagement and progress.

The AI-powered insights tool utilises data from Reddit’s over 16 billion posts and comments to surface top communities, trending topics, and conversations relevant to specific categories and brands. Performance analytics enable businesses to analyse organic post performance, inform their strategy, and grow engagement. The publishing tools assist with drafting and scheduling of profile posts, and provide steps for businesses to start contributing to Reddit communities. The Pro dashboard allows businesses to monitor overall organic engagement and monthly progress against account activity.

Reddit Pro users can extend the reach of their organic profile posts as paid advertisements on Reddit with the click of a button. More than 200 businesses, including Taco Bell, Wendy’s, the NFL, The Wall Street Journal, Kate Somerville, and Atlas Headrest, have added Reddit Pro to their digital strategy. Early alpha testing with around 20 businesses showed that Reddit Pro partners generated, on average, 11 more posts and comments per month and saw a +35% increase in monthly upvotes of their organic content.

Through Reddit Pro, we’re connecting companies with communities in a mutually valuable way: unmatched insights and tools for enhanced participation from businesses, both organic and paid, which then drives more relevant and valuable experiences for our users.”
