Forethought looks to former CEO and current GM for joint managing director roles
Marketing advisory, strategy and analytics firm, Forethought, has appointed Diane Shelton and Andrew Slot as Joint Managing Directors, effective immediately. Both will report directly to Forethought's Executive Chairman and Founder, Ken Roberts.
Shelton's appointment marks her return to a fulltime executive role at the agency, after stepping aside as CEO in late 2021, remaining on as a non-executive advisory bord member. She first joined the business as as Executive General Manager in 2017, and was promoted to CEO the following year. Shelton's career spans across senior roles in the retail, telecommunications, higher education and financial services sectors in Australia and overseas.
Slot joined Forethought in 2013 as General Manager, Consulting, after holding senior marketing and brand roles at Billabong, ADVTECH and BlueScope Steel. His experience spans across the retail, aviation, quick-service restaurants, media and telecommunications sectors at Forethought.
