Engaging.io scores major contract to boost marketing automation for US NFL team
Sydney-based tech consultancy Engaging.io has been appointed by a major Florida-based National Football League (NFL) team to enhance its marketing automation and communication strategies. This follows Engaging.io's successful partnership with a Texas-based US National Basketball Association (NBA) team last year.
The NFL team previously used Microsoft's Dynamics 365, but selected Engaging.io and HubSpot after a competitive review of five tier one CRM platforms, including Salesforce and Adobe.
The NFL team will now utilise HubSpot’s Marketing Hub Enterprise to improve marketing automation and more efficiently communicate with fans across the NBA franchise and associated sporting and stadium properties.
