NP Digital acquires SearchGuru in strategic APAC expansion
NP Digital, a global player in performance marketing, has announced its acquisition of SearchGuru as part of expansion into the Asia-Pacific (APAC) market.
SearchGuru, with offices in Australia, India, Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong, will add 120 digital marketers to NP Digital's existing 270-strong APAC team.
SearchGuru has a solid reputation in performance marketing and has worked with leading brands such as Club Med, Nespresso, Maybank, and DHL across Asia. The acquisition will bolster NP Digital's in-market SEO, paid media, creative capabilities, and top talent.

CEO of SearchGuru, Larry Lim, said it's grown from a local 4-man agency to a regional player with over 120 specialists while delivering 11 consecutive years of revenue growth in the process.
"Joining NP Digital will elevate us further to the global stage, while simultaneously allowing us to also tap into their vast industry skill set and experience, in-house tools and established processes," he said.
The combined entity will offer a comprehensive suite of performance marketing solutions from media, creative and content to CRO and data. Financial terms were not disclosed.
